In addition to the lending of its own funds Auswide Finance has good
relationships with a number of Financial Institutions, private investors
and broking houses such as Platinum Financial, Ian Laird & Associates
and Australian Monel Lenders (AML). In circumstances where the
transaction is large or complicated, we outsource funds through Lawyers,
Accountants and private investors.
In this way, we are able to service our customers needs and find
results!
Auswide Finance charges a brokerage fee for outsourced loans. In most
cases we prepare the documents on behalf of the investors thereby saving
costs to the borrower, however in some circumstances, the investor
prefers to utilise the services of their own Lawyer and this cost is
borne by the borrower.
